MONTEREY MAKES SEPARATION IN 5A RANKINGS, TASCOSA BACK TOP 20 AS WELL

Monterey, after a convincing week that included double-digit wins over Coronado and #5 Lubbock-Cooper, remain #1 in 5A while Tascosa is back in the rankings at #18 in 5A with a great win over #3 Amarillo; who is now ranked 7th behind the Lady Pirates who only dropped one spot in the 5A poll.

In 4A, Canyon is still fourth, Levelland sixth and Randall 19th while there are no teams ranked in 3A and 6A in the 806.
